"Admir Hadzic has embraced healthy living from an early age, dedicating himself to strength training and fitness throughout his life. He competed in basketball until his early 30s and fenced at a high national level in the USA (épée) until his late 40's, with his son Alen Hadzic later representing the USA as an épée Olympian in the 2020 Tokyo Games.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Admir founded the Inspired Health Institute (IHI) in Belgium, combining cutting-edge fitness facilities with personalized coaching to promote mind-body balance and optimal health. Located in a historic landmark building in Leuven, Belgium, IHI spans 500 square meters of refined exotic wood and glass-enclosed spaces, offering safe, customized fitness plans through a team of specialized coaches and therapists.

Admir Hadzic, known in the music world as DR BLUES, has lived a life steeped in music. Starting as a touring DJ in Europe during his teenage years, he eventually focused on playing bass guitar. Over the years, DR BLUES has shared the stage and toured globally with renowned national acts, including NYC Blues Hall of Famer Hugh Pool, Barry Harrison, Zach Zunis, Mason Casey, Anthony Kane, Jason Ricci, James Wormworth, Sim Cain, Tom Papadatos, and James Alfredson. A Passion for Cars and Engineering

From a young age, Admir Hadzic-known to friends as Dr. Blues-spent hours in the garage with his father, a skilled toolmaker, restoring and modifying cars. This hands-on experience sparked his lifelong passion for cars and engineering and honed the mechanical and spatial skills that would later define his work in interventional medicine and Intellectual Property (medical device R&D).

Splitting his time between New York and EU (Belgium), Admir continues to build his dream collection of classic sports cars and participating in rallies and track events with the Lotus Drivers Clubs. He shares his automotive passion on his YouTube channel, where he features his collection and celebrates car culture.

A Lifelong Passion for Audio Engineering

From his early teenage years, Admir Hadzic has been captivated by electronics and audio engineering. While life circumstances led him into a medical career, his passion for audio never wavered. Admir has spent decades building audio and instrument amplification systems, sound reproduction setups, and mastering recording techniques. 

As a self-taught audio engineer, he has owned and operated professional recording studios in NJ, New York and Belgium. He still co-owns an analog recording studio in Brooklyn, NYC (http://excellorecording.com/). Admir also boasts a museum-worthy collection of amplifiers and loudspeakers, spanning iconic models from the 1950s to modern-day equipment. 

His enduring dedication to audio engineering reflects a lifelong passion that transcends professions.
